Refund Policy

• We follow a No Refund Policy.

• Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during shipping.

• The product delivered is incorrect or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at support@nirogayurveda.in or call +91-9667451995.

2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for verification.

Replacement

• If your return request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

• If the same product is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products.

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
